dc.description.abstract The study examines the effect of organisational culture (clan, market, adhocracy, and hierarchy) on employee creativity. Four specific objectives guided the study. The study relied on the componential theory of individual creativity to establish the effect of organisational culture on employee creativity. The study adopted a quantitative research approach and the explanatory research design, which was justified by the positivist philosophical paradigm. The study was undertaken in public senior high schools in the Greater Accra Region. The simple random sampling technique was used as a sampling procedure to sample the survey’s respondents. Based on the purpose of the study, 103 non-teaching staff were chosen to include in the study. The finding of the study proved that clan dimension has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. Furthermore, the findings of the study confirmed that the market dimension has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. Moreover, the findings of the study advanced that the hierarchy dimension accounts for a significant negative effect on employee creativity. Lastly, the findings of the study proved that the adhocracy dimension has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. The study recommends that the management of public senior high schools adopt policies that foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and a conducive environment and encourage innovative ideas and opinions. en_US
