Purposive sampling technique was used in this research so that the researcher could collect specific and relevant data from all the participants. The study found that smock weaving constitutes a means of employment for the youth. Therefore, it can be concluded that, investing in the business will promote employment in the long run, however, lack of good training to help equip the youth with more skills and attitude is absent. en_US
