The performance of employees can never be overlooked in every organization when
assessing progress. There are variables that impact the performance of employees.
When these variables are identified and their impacts on performance is assessed,
decisions about performance can easily be taken. The research focused on the Influence
of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the
University of Education, Winneba. The study used descriptive statistics and regression
analysis for the collected data and found that two variables - leadership style and
motivation - affect the performance of employees at the University of Education,
Winneba. Consequently, management decisions regarding the performance of
employees at the University of Education should focus on leadership style and
motivation. |
